We ship directly to you from our design studio in Winnipeg, Canada within 72 hours of your order confirmation. All shipments include tracking.

Please note that shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by postal delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

For this reason, refunds will not be issued on any flat rate shipments due to delivery delays. We always recommend selecting an expedited shipping option if timing is critical.
