Simply put, if your LD Keyfinder breaks as a result of a workmanship or assembly defect, we will send you a brand new one - for FREE.

In the event that your design is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement of equal value.

BEST PRACTICES

In order to preserve the life of your LD Keyfinder, its recommended that you:

• Avoid attaching both end clips together to form a circle - that can put added stress on the beads and wire
• Be mindful to avoid catching your keys on something while carrying your bag - consider tucking in your keys when you're on the go
• Use only a soft cloth if your LD Keyfinder requires cleaning, avoid wetting the LD Keyfinder with water or other cleaners as this could result in damage to the finish on some beads
