The Hope Breast Cancer Collection

This Equinox Harmony caught my attention immediately !! The combination of stones and colors just suited my eye and I ordered it as soon as I could get to my Computer. I had broken my foot recently, and wasn't getting around well, so I wasn't checking the computer regularly, I was trying to keep up on my phone. It wasn't until I received notice about another Keyfinder delivery that I realized I hadn't gotten any notification on the Equinox since the notice that it had shipped. Normally, the shipments leave Canada through North Dakota then to Arkansas and on to me in Bigelow Arkansas. This time, our fantastic US Postal Service saw fit to sent it to Alabama then on to Atlanta Georgia where it had already been sitting for two days when I finally tracked it down. Now, panic wasn't the right word. Well, yes, maybe that is the right word. I immediately sent an email to Lisa begging for help and brazenly mentioning the broken foot in a ploy to garner some additional sympathy for my lost package. But the ploy was absolutely not necessary. Lisa responded immediately, and was even sympathetic about the foot. I had also had problems recently with a new credit card vendor who kept placing holds on my credit card if they saw something suspicious. I appreciated their diligence, but it was terribly unhandy. Lisa checked to make sure that the charges were going through and the only problem was our intrepid mail system. Anyway, after several days, the package began moving again. To Tennessee, then on to Arkansas where it bounced around to several cities before finally coming to my mailbox. I was a concerned when I saw the package because it looked as though it had traveled thousands of unnecessary miles but to my relief, my Equinox Harmony arrived in beautiful, excellent condition. It's easy to say that a package arrived on time, a product was in good condition and customer service was good. In my opinion, my experience this time speaks volumes to the absolute quality of LD Keyfinders. Lisa Dawn has built a fantastic company that produces top quality, durable, beautiful Keyfinders. And genuinely cares about her customers. You simply can't go wrong doing business with her. I've included a picture to prove the Equinox Harmony and Radiant Hope both arrived in perfect condition even though they left Canada a week apart and arrived on the same day !!

I needed something gold to match the hardware on my other bags, so I ordered the Scarlett Prism. It's absolutely gorgeous! The deep shades of red go so well with gold. My phone camera doesn't show the true color of the beads, they're darker, closer to burgundy or like a deep blood red. Sooo pretty, very elegant!
